We arrived in Buenos Aires yesterday and have spent most of our time wandering around and learning about our new neighborhood, Palermo. The streets are lined with these wonderful shade trees. It reminds us of the great tree-lined streets in Atlanta and Savannah. Under the trees are great shops and restaurants, reminding us of one of our favorite areas of NY - Soho. Apparently we’re not the only ones who think this - there is a sub-section called Palermo Soho. We’ve found it easy to get around on foot and everyone we’ve met has been very helpful and nice.
